I charge 100 percent of service cost if no show or service is not canceled 24 hours ahead of appointment time. No refunds. No call no shows will be banned from booking. If appointment needs to be rescheduled please reach out before the 24 hour mark so deposit can be transferred to the next appointment cost. 15 minute grace period after 15 minutes I will automatically cancel your appointment and keep the deposit. A new deposit will be required for a new appointment unless discussed otherwise.
